Paint Remover is a chemical product designed to remove paint on steel without damaging the steel surface. Thai Parkerizing’s paint remover product is completely methylene chloride free, environmentally friendly so that it can be easily treated after process.
Paint Killer is a chemical for treatment in wet spray booth system, which reduce the stickiness, detackification and coagulation of overspray paint. Make it easier to separation paint from water, easier to clean paint booth and reduce the frequency of water changes in circulating system.
Film Guard is a chemical for coating on metal (jigs or gratings use in paint booth) to increase the efficiency of peeling paint, makes it easy to peel off when using a high-pressure cleaner.
Paint Cleaning Agent (PCA) is a chemical for washing painting equipment (paint pipeline, spray gun) before changing color (water base paint), which makes it possible to spray a variety of colors in the same process. It is a new thinner substitution cleaning agent for water base paint and reduce usage of thinner. It also reduce Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), helping to suppress foaming and reduce using of anti-foam agent.

Application

Paint Remover

Immerse work piece into chemical with temperature at 60-90^oC. Treatment time depends on paint thickness.

Paint Killer

Make up: 0.3-0.5% of the amount of water in paint booth
Replenishment: 5.0-10.0% of over sprayed paint

Film Guard

Coat jigs or gratings with Film Guard by dipping or spraying, then let the coating dry in air for 30-60 min, and use it in painting process. The paint can be removed by paint remover chemical or high pressure water machine.
