3D Laser Microscope

Details:

The laser microscope consists of two lens systems: one for capturing color images and one for Laser Confocal, which allows for true color imaging while capturing high-resolution 3D details of the specimen.

In Laser Confocal mode, lambda at 405 nm is used instead of white light, providing images with higher resolution than conventional microscopes. It also allows for non-contact surface roughness measurement of the specimen.

Sample Analysis Services

  • Imaging Services: Using objective lenses X10, X20, X50, and X100.
  • Analytical Services: 2D and 3D imaging, microstructure analysis of metal surfaces, film thickness measurement, surface roughness measurement.
  • Surface Roughness Measurement according to international standard ISO 25178.

Usage Limitations

  • Not suitable for specimens that are highly reflective or have a shiny surface.
