Manganese Phosphate coating is a metal surface preparation process, have Manganese and Phosphoric acid as main components, suitable for part that are constantly rubbing or moving because manganese phosphate crystals have good self-lubrication, high hardness and heat resistance.

It also has porous which helps to absorb and store anti-rust oil or lubricating oil on the part surface very well.
