Zinc Phosphate and Soap lubricant coating is a metal surface preparation process, have Zinc and Phosphoric acid as main components, forming Zinc Phosphate layer on surface and then with soap chemical to create a metal soap layer that has lubricating property and helps to reduce friction.

It suitable for part that need to be processed through cold forming, allowing it easier to process, extending mold’s life span, using less loads, or used for parts that require reducing noise such as spiral spring.
